Misr Al Gadida Sells 90 Residential Units in Azure Compound, New Heliopolis

Misr Al Gadida has successfully sold 90 residential units of varying sizes in the Azure Compound in New Heliopolis, generating total sales of approximately EGP 428 million. The company has already received advance payments totaling around EGP 60 million. Notably, these sales are five times higher than those achieved in the first quarter of 2024, which totaled EGP 91 million. This growth reflects the company’s success in boosting sales and achieving significant financial and operational performance improvements. Looking ahead, Misr Al Gadida plans to launch 200 new residential units at the end of October 2024 in New Heliopolis. This step is part of the company’s ongoing strategy to expand its real estate projects and meet the rising demand for housing. The company is also studying the development of the “Green Kasabah” area in New Heliopolis and plans to connect the northern and southern parts of the city with an electric tram, enhancing mobility and resident convenience. These initiatives demonstrate Misr Al Gadida’s commitment to improving quality of life and providing modern, sustainable transport solutions in its projects.
