Minister of Public Business Sector Meets with Construction and Development Holding Company Heads at Misr Al Gadida
Engineer Mohamed Shimi, Minister of Public Business Sector, held a meeting with the heads of companies under the Construction and Development Holding Company at the Misr Al Gadida headquarters. The meeting was part of the regular follow-ups on the performance of subsidiary companies. Discussions focused on reviewing performance indicators, business results, progress in implementing strategies and work plans, future visions, investment opportunities, current challenges, and the application of the ERP system for company resource planning. The meeting covered areas including contracting, real estate development, asset management, project management, engineering consultancy, and marketing, in the presence of Dr. Ayman Mokhtar, Acting Executive Managing Director of the Construction and Development Holding Company. Minister Shimi emphasized the need for clear plans with defined timelines to optimize the real estate portfolio and promising investment opportunities, foster private sector partnerships, expand property exports, and grow domestic and international business. He highlighted the importance of developing sales and marketing policies to achieve desired goals, boost sales, maximize returns, improve project management, enhance customer service, maintain product quality and diversity, provide after-sales services, adhere to project timelines, and ensure integration among the subsidiary companies.
