Building Egypt’s Future with Integrity and Innovation

New Heliopolis City

READY TO FIND
YOUR DREAM HOME?

Overview

Set on 5,406 feddans in the eastern reaches of Cairo, New Heliopolis City is a vibrant urban destination shaped by Misr Al Gadida Company. Established by presidential decree, the city’s location between the Cairo–Ismailia and Cairo–Suez highways positions it as a natural connector between Badr and El Shorouk, while its proximity to the Regional Ring Road and direct link to the new Metro line ensure seamless connectivity across Greater Cairo.

As one of Egypt’s most strategically placed and well-equipped new cities, New Heliopolis offers a wealth of opportunities, from quality living environments to promising investment prospects, making it a cornerstone of the nation’s next wave of urban development.

Planned with a forward-looking vision, the city blends residential, commercial, and recreational zones, supported by modern infrastructure and public services. Its master plan incorporates schools, healthcare facilities, retail hubs, and a well-organized road network, all surrounded by generous green spaces that bring balance and sustainable wellbeing to daily life.

From Vision to Reality

In 1991, the Public Sector Enterprise Law transformed Egypt’s real estate landscape, enabling Misr Al Gadida Company to expand its ambitious vision.

By 1995, the company was publicly listed on the Egyptian Exchange, opening the door to investments that brought New Heliopolis City to life.

The Birth of a Modern City

Strategically positioned between the Cairo–Ismailia and Cairo–Suez highways, New Heliopolis was designed to connect seamlessly to Egypt’s emerging urban network, with direct links to Badr, El Shorouk, and the regional ring road.

The master plan envisioned:
  • Investment Value: LE700 million in the first five years.
  • Residential Capacity: Up to 250,000 residents—almost double historic Heliopolis’ population.
  • Urban Concept: A fully integrated, contemporary city combining residential, commercial, and leisure spaces.

Today: A Sustainable Future

New Heliopolis carries forward more than a century of heritage while embracing sustainability.

Residents enjoy the perfect balance of modern convenience, cultural depth, and quality living.
