Misr Al Gadida Signs Direct Contract with Al Qalaa for Asset Management

Misr Al Gadida has decided to sign a direct contract with Al Qalaa Company for asset management, granting them the right to operate the Ghurnata Community Space with 30% of total revenues in the first year, guaranteed at a minimum of EGP 1.8 million annually. The agreement includes a 40% revenue increase from the second year, with a guaranteed minimum of EGP 2.4 million per year.
