Jadinah Becomes Egypt’s First Residential Compound to Receive the Egyptian Green Pyramid Rating System (GPRS) Gold Certification

Misr Al Gadida Company has been awarded the Gold Certification under the Egyptian Green Pyramid Rating System (GPRS) for its Jadinah project, making it the first sustainable residential compound in Egypt to receive this prestigious certification. The award was presented during the “Harvesting Success Stories of Sustainable Urban Development in Egypt” event, organized by the National Housing and Building Research Center under the patronage of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities.

Jadinah is a fully integrated residential community spanning 300 feddans, developed in three phases. The project reflects the company’s vision of creating sustainable urban communities that adhere to the latest standards in green design and construction, in full compliance with the requirements of the Egyptian Green Pyramid Rating System (GPRS).
