Misr Al Gadida and e& Business Sign Strategic Partnership to Develop an Integrated Digital Ecosystem in New Heliopolis

As part of Misr Al Gadida’s strategy to develop smart urban communities powered by the latest technological solutions, the company has entered into a strategic partnership with e& Business to enhance the digital infrastructure and elevate the quality of services provided across New Heliopolis City.

The agreement includes the provision of Triple Play services for the Jadinah project, offering high-speed internet, IPTV, and landline telephone services, in addition to Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. The project's digital infrastructure will be implemented in accordance with advanced technical standards to ensure high-quality connectivity, reliable services, and scalability to meet the project's evolving needs.

Jadinah is Misr Al Gadida’s latest development in New Heliopolis City. Spanning 300 feddans, the project will be developed in three phases, with the first phase covering 25 feddans. The development features contemporary architectural designs and extensive green spaces covering 55% of the total project area. It also includes a mix of residential, commercial, and administrative components, reflecting the company's vision of creating integrated and sustainable urban communities.

The project is scheduled to commence its phased implementation by the end of 2026, with IoT solutions activated during the same year. Triple Play services are expected to become operational in the second quarter of 2028, while both parties will continue collaborating to support the project's operational phases and future expansion.

The agreement also includes the development and operation of a smart application for residents of New Heliopolis City, enabling access to a wide range of digital services, including electronic payments, service requests and complaints, transportation booking, smart gate access management, and various other services designed to deliver a seamless and efficient living experience.
